My 1985 Fiero SE. My girlfriend currently drives it everyday. She loves the great gas milage, its getting between 25-30 in
town and cost under $20 to fill the tank.
I baugh the car in fall of 2004, it had stuck valves and smoked bad. It originally was a 5 speed car but since my girlfriend
cant drive a stick, I had to go with other options. In spring of 2005 I happened to come across a 1987 Fiero with a diecent
4cyl and auto, it was a parts car but worked fine for me. It took me 3 days to strip the 87 of all the automatic conversion
parts and install them in the 85. First try, it fired right up. Uses a little oil, but otherwise very reliable. I got a lower
milage engine that will go in it this fall.
Hoping to convert it to a 85 GT and repaint the car next spring.
